SGA – SMALL GROUP ACTIVITIES
Small group activity is very vital element of the lean. This project requires 100 % employee involvement. The team selects the project based on pareto analysis and chooses the project.
Scope: Scrap Reduction, FTT improvement, Line balancing, etc.
SGA Teams involve people who are directly involved in the process.
They understand the working conditions better. They know the hidden facts.
But they need to be equipped with the right tools & methodology.

Operators do what they are told.
