Russ Aikman has more than 19 years experience in the manufacturing and business process arena. His expertise includes implementation of Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9000 quality systems. He has performed process improvements in a variety of environments, including manufacturing and service/transactional processes.

Russ has worked as project manager with over a dozen different companies in the development of their ISO 9000 quality system. Russ has worked with a variety of companies on implementing lean manufacturing projects including value stream mapping, setup reduction, cellular manufacturing, kaizen events, and pull systems.
